Choose an experience before a device
Immersive formats differ in what guests see, how they interact and whether others can watch. Define the story and the action you want a participant to complete. A headset experience, an augmented view and a filmed XR moment need different content and production arrangements.
Plan the full participation cycle
Include explanation, preparation, the experience itself and the changeover to the next person. Check the space, operator tasks and an alternative way to participate where appropriate. A short demo on a device does not by itself establish the capacity of an event zone.
The articles compare ready-made and custom content, hardware choices and the cost categories behind an activation. Confirm product capabilities and content rights with the selected suppliers.
Make the brief tangible
Bring a storyboard, visual references and the expected visitor flow when discussing VR/AR equipment or XR video zones. Agree the output visitors receive and how the experience will be tested before the event.
