2. Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form we collect: company name, your name, email address, role, event details and your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare a project proposal.
2.1 Enquiry context
During your session, we keep up to 50 recent public page visits to help you choose materials for your enquiry. We store the page path, material identifier, language and time, without URL parameters or form content. Selected materials and the page you came from are kept separately from browsing history. You can remove materials and send the form without browsing history. Context is sent to our team only when you submit the form, is not sent to third-party analytics, and follows the same retention and deletion rules as your enquiry. Unsubmitted browsing context expires with your session.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for 24 months after last contact, unless a project relationship is established.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing or port your data. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise these rights.
