- We discuss the audience, the experience you want to create, the venue, the timing and the budget. An early idea is enough to start. What this delivers: A shared understanding of the goal.
- We connect the creative direction with equipment, content and crew, then outline the proposed scope and costs. What this delivers: A proposed solution and budget.
- Together we review the proposal, resolve open questions and agree what is included, who handles each part and what needs approval. What this delivers: An agreed scope and clear responsibilities.
- We confirm the scope, responsibilities and commercial terms so both teams have a shared basis for the work ahead. What this delivers: A confirmed basis for production.
- We develop the technical setup and prepare content and equipment. Where the project needs it, prototypes help us test an interaction or a technical idea before site work. What this delivers: A setup ready for site work.
- We work through access, power, rigging, site rules and the production schedule with the venue and the other teams involved. What this delivers: A coordinated technical and access plan.
- We plan transport and load-in around the agreed access windows, so equipment reaches the right place in the right order. What this delivers: Equipment on site, ready for installation.
- We install and configure the system, check content and signals, and work through the technical run-through before the audience arrives. What this delivers: A tested system, ready for the audience.
- The on-site team operates the agreed setup, follows the running order and coordinates technical cues with the production team. What this delivers: The planned experience, delivered live.
- After the event, we dismantle and pack the equipment, coordinating load-out with the venue and other suppliers. What this delivers: Equipment packed and the site handed back.
- We review the delivery together, gather feedback and carry useful lessons into the next project. What this delivers: Shared feedback and takeaways for next time.
