Is VR content included with the hardware?
Content must be agreed as part of the scope. We can review an existing application or discuss separate content production; software compatibility and usage rights should be settled before the event.
How many devices can I rent?
Share the event dates, expected visitor flow and session length. We will confirm a suitable number of stations, device availability and the support needed for the planned throughput.
How much space does a VR station need?
The required area depends on the application, movement and device. A seated demonstration and a walking experience need different layouts; send a venue plan before choosing the station format.
Can you support the experience on site?
On-site staffing and technical support can be included in the quote. We agree responsibilities for visitor guidance, session resets and device preparation alongside the event schedule.
