    Playback, media server and video signal guides

    Draw the signal path

    List every source and destination before choosing adapters or computers. Record whether screens repeat the same content, show separate material or change during a live programme. Include audio and any timing relationship that matters to the audience.

    Test the actual files and connections

    A familiar file extension does not guarantee that a particular player will handle the content. Confirm the agreed format, canvas, audio routing and transition behaviour. Test the complete chain, including the client device and the cable route planned for the venue.
