How do you choose the computer specification?
Send the application requirements, sample content, number of outputs and target display resolution. We use the actual workload to select a configuration instead of promising one machine for every production.
Are software licences included?
Licences and software versions are confirmed in the quote. Tell us which applications you supply and which you expect us to provide so responsibilities are clear before installation.
Can you provide a backup playback system?
A backup setup can be included where the event requires it. The switching method, duplicated sources and operating procedure are agreed as part of the production plan.
Can the computer be rented with screens and tracking?
Yes. Computers can be scoped with the connected displays and input devices. Testing the combined setup before the show helps confirm that the application, connections and content work together.
