Describe what the structure must support
A visualisation shows an intention, but a structure proposal also needs actual equipment, positions and venue information. Identify screens, lighting and scenic elements separately. Record which drawings and system details are available and who can confirm the remaining facts.
Include the space around the equipment
Supports, working areas, access and cable routes can occupy space outside the visible installation. Check these areas alongside the visitor layout and production schedule. Existing roof points or client-owned components should be reviewed before they are assumed to be usable.
These guides help an organiser collect information and understand a technical proposal. They do not establish safe loads, ballast or weather limits; those depend on the specific system and site assessment.
Coordinate the review
Send venue drawings and the intended equipment layout when discussing structures and truss. Agree responsibility for engineering information, venue approval, installation and removal in the project scope.
