What is needed to quote a truss structure?
Send dimensions, a venue plan, proposed equipment positions and available load information. The intended use and mounting conditions must be reviewed before the structure and scope are confirmed.
Can you work from our designer’s concept?
Yes. Share drawings and references so the concept can be assessed for the event location. Design development and build responsibilities are agreed with your team and the venue.
Can truss support LED screens and lighting?
The proposal must account for the actual loads and mounting arrangement. Screen and lighting positions need to be reviewed together; a visual layout alone is not enough to confirm a structure.
Is assembly included in the rental?
Assembly, transport and crew can be included in the project scope. The quote should also account for access, installation windows and the venue’s requirements for the proposed build.
