What information do you need for an audio quote?
Send the venue, audience size, programme, event dates and any technical rider. Include the number of presenters or performers and whether you need recording, streaming or multiple audio zones.
Are microphones and an engineer included?
Microphones, mixers, monitors and technical operation can be included in the proposal. The exact equipment and staffing are confirmed in the quote rather than assumed for every rental.
Can you provide sound outdoors?
Outdoor audio is planned for the audience footprint, nearby areas, power and weather exposure. Share the site plan and schedule so the equipment and operating arrangements can be assessed.
Can sound run alongside LED and lighting?
Yes. Audio playback and cues can be planned with the visual and lighting workflow. Tell us which parts of the event need to run together and which teams are supplying the other systems.
