Private event in Wolsztyn
Task
Create an atmosphere matching the party's theme, coordinate with the GlamBot, and stage a spectacular show for the gift presentation (the car was to emerge from a box).
Solution
For this project, we delivered: a welcome LED screen at the entrance, an LED screen serving as a backdrop for the GlamBot and red carpet, uplighting to match the event's atmosphere, and sound, lighting, and smoke effects—including show elements—for the outdoor unveiling of the gift (a Bentley).
Result
With only three days to prepare, we managed to meet the client 400 km away from our office, discuss every detail, and agree on a shared concept. We successfully accomplished all the tasks and made Ms. Anita’s birthday truly memorable.
