Choose the message for the location
An atrium screen, storefront display and promotional stage address people at different distances and moments. Decide whether the main purpose is campaign awareness, directions or a product presentation. Keep the message understandable without sound when the location requires silent playback.
Coordinate the installation with trading hours
Ask the property team about access, allowable positions and work windows before fixing the installation plan. Include sightlines to shop signs, public circulation and service access. Define when the screen may run and who handles a fault outside the activation’s staffed hours.
Build a controlled campaign playlist
Agree media formats, approval responsibilities and start and end dates for offers. Provide a neutral fallback for expired or missing material. If several tenants supply content, establish one approval process and check every file against the same canvas. Evaluate campaign results against an agreed measurement method; screen visibility alone does not prove sales uplift.

Planning questions
Can several tenants share one screen?
Yes, if the playback system and schedule are specified for that purpose. Agree slot allocation, approvals and the process for removing outdated offers.
Does LED automatically reduce operating costs?
No. Compare equipment, brightness, operating hours, content production and support for the specific project. Avoid assuming a saving without a comparable baseline.
