Flo Camp 23 - corporate camp event

Task

Create a two-day corporate event in a camp style, with a main stage, side locations and a coherent AV and scenic concept.

Solution

We developed the stage design in a scout-camp style with a large custom "tent" structure and a smaller afterparty stage. The technical setup covered five locations: main hall with LED screens, sound and light, conference room for teambuilding, outdoor lounge with DJ, beach masterclass area and a campfire afterparty.

Result

The client received more than expected within the agreed budget, with a coherent visual story across all event locations.
